   FORA Filinvest Lifemalls, in partnership with WheninManila.com, DTI Cavite, and NDN Entertainment Production invites everyone to join us in celebrating the Heroes Month this August 25-31, 2018 at FORA Activity Center. This week-long celebration of our ARTS, CULTURE, PRODUCTS, CRAFTS, TALENTS and ARTISTRY is entitled IKON (Istorya ng Kultura at ng mga Obra Natin).

        IKON (Istorya ng Kultura at ng mga Obra Natin) is FORA’s advocacy to honor and feature silent heroes, celebrating culture, love of country and the arts. FORA, through its program, IKON, will acknowledge and honor the following;

        Mr. Tito Loreto Alcala, for his advocacy to care for the elderly (Adbokasiya ng Pagbibigay Kahalagahan sa mga Nakatatanda) through S.I.L.YA or Sa Iyo Lolo at Lola Yantok aming Alay )

        Ms. Violaine Magsaysay of Ilog Maria, for her outstanding contribution in the field of Health, Beauty and Wellness (Larangan ng Agrikultura at Siyensiya)

        Mr. Romeo Castillo of God Is the Sculptor, for his outstanding contribution to the field of arts in sculpture (Larangan ng Kathang Kamay)

        Mr. Raymond Chavez of Chavez Estates and Chocoland Farm, for his outstanding contribution to the field of Agriculture (Larangan ng Agrikutura)

        Mr. Ej Espiritu of Cornerstone Pottery Farm, for his outstanding contribution in the field of arts in Pottery (Larangan ng Kathang Kamay)

        Mr. Sonny Lua of Asiong Caviteño Restaurant Farm, for his outstanding contribution in the field of Filipino Cuisine (Larangan ng Panlasang Pilipino)

       Ms. Ma. Agnes Madlansacay of Café Amadeo, for her outstanding contribution to the field Agriculture (Larangan ng Agrikultura)

IKON will also be launching Department of Trade and Industry-Cavite’s Likhang Kabitenyo, a project that will showcase products and craftsmanship that’s truly Tagaytay and Cavite.  Other featured products, OBRAs and crafts are from DREAMLAND, Noel Cruz and Ruth Cruz’ ORGANIKO AHUYI (Organic Products), Casa Alfonso of Bobby Rosanes (antiques and collectible items), Manilito  Mondejar’s PAGHILOM(sculptures) and KABLE, crafts made of cable wires from Mr. Armando Nero Sr.
