Remember when a few months back, this mug shot of a guy named Jeremy Meeks made the rounds on the internet?
Well, the model-esque hot felon is now getting 27 months in California prison on a gun charge, after being involved in a gang crackdown in June last year.
Jeremy became an Internet sensation sometime last year after California police posted his mugshot on the department’s Facebook page, causing a frenzy among netizens who swooned over his chiseled cheekbones, teardrop tattoo, and mysterious looks!
Everyone loves a good-looking bad boy, but this is just on a whole other level!
He was even able to score a modeling deal with Gina Rodriguez, a porn star-turned-manager who has handled artists like Lindsay Lohan and the Octo-mom.
But given that he’s going to be behind bars for the next year, we’re not sure how he’s going to fulfill his dreams of becoming the next modelling sensation!
Jeremy denies the charges, and though he admits that he used to be a gang member, he says that he is not affiliated with them anymore.
Just goes to show no matter how attractive you are, no one is above the law. Hopefully he can turn over a new leaf in the coming months!
