Has it really been 10 years?!
For today’s millennials who were kids or preteens sometime in the mid ’00s — before Justin Bieber, One Direction, and the Jenner sisters, young’uns were crazy about one thing, and one thing only: HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL!
Basically, if you can’t relate to the worldwide sensation that is High School Musical aka HSM… you’re either too young or too old.
And while the rest of the cast has grown up to become successful Hollywood stars in their own right, they’re still very much the Wildcats we have come to know and love!
A decade after the musical premiered that changed their lives forever, our favorite Wildcats — Gabriella Montez (Vanessa Hudgens), Sharpay Evans (Ashley Tisdale), Chad Danforth (Corbin Bleu), and Taylor McKessie (Monique Coleman) — have gathered at the famous East High gym where Troy and Chad have led many a victory for the East High basketball team! Get’cha head in the game, am I right??
Although our fabulous, fabulous playmaker can’t make it (What’s good, Zac Efron??), don’t fret, HSM fans — Zac is recording a pre-taped message for the HSM 10-year anniversary!!

The High School Musical 10-year anniversary special will air January 20 on Disney Channel in the United States! No word yet on when it’ll air in Asia, but we bet it won’t take very long!!
