Who says you have to spend a lot to look good? If Heart Evangelista can pull off a bargain headband she bought from Quiapo at Paris Fashion Week then all bets are off.
The Filipina style icon shared on her Paris Fashion Week 2020 vlog that she chose to accessorize her outfit for the Georges Hobeika show with a Php 70-for-4 headband she bought at bargain hotspot Quiapo.

“So this is the Quiapo headband,” Heart says while being styled for the show. “Php 70 for four pieces. Nakarating na siya ng Paris.”
She was able to make the headband complement her outfit perfectly as the finishing touch. You can see it seamlessly blending in with her outfit in her various photos from that day. It even makes a cameo in her post with designer Georges Hobeika.
