When in Manila and looking for a taste of Italy, you really need to check out Focaccia Italian Restaurant in the Fort Bonifacio Global City or in A Venue.
“Our name, Focaccia, is derived from the famous Italian bread which we bake fresh daily and serves as a complimentary starter for each of our guests.”
Gamby’s Delights Inc. is the operator of the casual Italian dining restaurant Focaccia Restaurant. The company’s mission is to redefine casual dining by setting a benchmark in their specialty pazzo rollio (pizza), pasta, panini, secondi piatti, and overall dining service that creates a new twist for Italian dining. The company foresees opening at least one new outlet every year, thus creating ample opportunities to reach its target consumers. Gamby’s Delights Inc. believes in Focaccia’s value proposition of providing authentic Italian food at an affordable cost.
Formed in 2008, Focaccia is a unique casual dining restaurant that serves more than 40 types of menu selections and over 25 types of pizza creations created by Chef Ivan Tajonera. Let us not forget about the desserts, such as their gelatos and cakes. There is definitely something for everyone at any time of the day.
Anyway, here are some of the slices of Italy we tried at Focaccia Italian Restaurant:
The dish I really enjoyed and thought was really cool was Focaccia’s Pazzo Rollio or their Rolled Pizza!
It’s this super thin sliced pizza that you roll along with arugula greens and alfalfa sprouts. As they say at Focaccia, you “Stuff, Roll & Enjoy!”
Awesome news is that my friends from BUYanihan.com have partnered with Focaccia Italian Restaurant and are giving a whopping 50% off deal! Just head over to BUYanihan.com to check out the cool deal of the week before it runs out!
