What’s Your Flan is the brainchild of someone who has had 14 failed business attempts. Now, the brand has multiple franchisees in the Philippines. Maris Yap of the North Olympus Fairview branch shares that she has long wanted to start her own business. Not having a degree in business, though, she wasn’t confident enough to start her own product and business model; and thus decided that a franchise would work best for her. After doing some research and falling in love with What’s Your Flan’s products; the North Olympus Fairview branch was born.

All of What’s Your Flan’s flavors were chosen by their CEO, who is also in charge of Product Development. Her inspiration are flavors that people know and love, but aren’t usually partnered together.
What’s Your Flan is the pioneer in making flavored flans, taking the well-loved classic leche flan and combining it with other favorite flavors like ube, quezo and the like to create new desserts with flavor profiles familiar to everybody.
