Or more commonly known as FIC, has always been a go-to ice cream shop by many. This summer, FIC comes out with Raspberry Rapture, which is a mix of raspberry bits with a kick of chocolate syrup. This flavor stimulates or “raptures” the palate.

9. Joseph’s Craft Ice Cream
The secret behind Joseph’s Craft Ice Cream is the use of liquid nitrogen in creating the ice cream. The rapid freezing of liquid nitrogen allows creation of silky smooth ice cream. Aside from the awesome taste, it’s pretty amazing seeing your cup of ice cream prepared this way.

8. Papa Diddi’s Handcrafted Ice Cream Company
The Indulgence size (P95) comes with three flavors of your choice. This one has Dulce Gato, Davao Meets Bicol, and Peanut Butter and Jelly.
A relatively new ice cream place along Maginhawa, Papa Diddi’s Handcrafted Ice Cream Company is know for its homemade, all-natural ice cream with ingredients all locally sourced from farmers in Mountain Province, Nueva Ecija, and Laguna. Ice cream in this parlor is crafted daily to ensure freshness and quality.

7. Carousel Creamery

Known for its handcrafted, small batch, and premium ice cream, Carousel Creamery is located along Missouri St. in Greenhills, San Juan. Aside from cool flavors of ice cream, they have coffee, hotdogs, and beef nachos.

5. Mad Mark’s Creamery and Good Eats
Although they are know for reasonably-priced yet good steak, Mad Mark’s also takes pride in their great selection of ice cream. Their best sellers are the Half-Baked Madagascar, Javan Hot Chocolate and Sumatra Strong Brew.
