Fairmont Hotel Raffles Makati Launch Party

 

When in Manila, make sure to stay at the two newest hotels in Makati – The Fairmont Hotel and Raffles Makati. The exclusive launch party of the Fairmont Hotel Raffles Makati was held last  February 7, 2013.  It was one of the most memorable parties we have ever been to with free flowing Veuve Cliquot and Billecart Salmon Champagne, Santa Victoria still water, a gourmet buffet spread at the ballroom and Spectrum. We finished our evening at the Long Bar  where it was customary to throw peanut shells on the floor. At the buffet were fin de claire oysters, spanish and italian charcuterie, gourmet cheese selection, sashimi including salmon roe, angus ribeye steaks etc. Learn more after the break.

 

 

 

At the corner of Makati Avenue and Pasay road glistens a 30 story tower that is home to two famous brands Fairmont and Raffles but take note there are three distinct properties, the 280 room Fairmont Hotel Makati, the 32 suite Raffles Makati, and 237 serviced apartments of the Raffles Residences.
