Once unboxed, however, everything is a breeze – from putting the vacuum together and understanding how it works. Fortunately, it comes with an easy-to-understand instruction manual and there are already a lot of reviews and videos on the Internet to help you out in case you need anything.

Compared to other vacuums I’ve had, what impressed me the most was the size of the Dreame H12. It’s massive and basically screams, “I CAN GET THE JOB DONE.” And it does!
An upgraded version of the previous H11 wet and dry series, the H12 is packed with high power and a to-the-edge brush roller that provides effortless dirt pick-ups in hard-to-reach corners. Infused with smart dirt detection technology, cleaning efficiency and power can now be optimized.

The Dreame H12 has two cleaning modes – Auto and Suction. When using it in Auto mode, it will automatically adjust the water and suction as necessary. Conversely, you can use the Suction mode if you don’t want to use the mopping feature. Both modes work incredibly well!

Although it looked intimidating at first and I thought it might be too heavy and inconvenient to use, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to maneuver it. All I had to do was tilt it and roll it around the house as needed.
Another feature that amazed me about the Dreame H12 wet and dry vacuum is its self-cleaning feature, which you can use after cleaning. It basically sends water to the roller brush to clean it so you don’t have to. It also has a new hot air drying function; it takes up to two hours to fully dry the roller.

Additionally, the Dreame H12 has a voice prompt… which honestly scared me when I first turned it on. :p However, you can easily adjust the volume and you can even switch between different languages! This was a simple joy for someone like me who speaks seven languages.

Of course, the Dreame H12 also has a charging station – and its battery definitely packs a power! I’ve been using it regularly for about a week now and have never run out of battery, even on my clean-all-day day.
