DJ Loonyo (real name: Rhemuel Lunio) is currently the hottest dancing sensation on the Internet. As of the moment, his Facebook page already has 1.2 million likes and his dance videos consistently get millions of views, as well.
His first viral dance cover was uploaded last February, which was a dance to Justin Bieber’s ‘Intentions’. Since then, he has posted several dance videos that have gotten people swooning over his looks and dance moves. Beyond that, though, he has also used his social media influence to remind people of how to keep healthy during the COVID-19 crisis. He has also created a dance challenge to salute our frontliners.
As of writing, DJ Loonyo’s latest video is the ‘Bored in the House’ challenge – the perfect song for everyone stuck at home during the quarantine. Watch it here:
Yesterday, ‘Magandang Buhay’ released a video interview with DJ Loonyo, where he got a little personal beyond talking about his dance videos. When asked what type of girl he likes, he said the number one factor would be someone God-fearing – someone with strong faith in God. “And then, of course, a woman with wisdom,” he adds, explaining that beauty fades. He also says he likes girls who are responsible and who love their family.
Although he is single, however, DJ Loonyo points out that he is NOT ready to mingle because he is focusing on his responsibilities first. Watch the full interview here:
