Syzygy Music Festival Philippines has just announced the headliner for Syzygy Music Festival 2019: Acclaimed DJ duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, also known as DVLM, on February 9th 2019 at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. DJ Duo Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike are dubbed by international music fans as the Kings of Tomorrowland, which is the world’s largest music festival held in Boom, Belgium, patronized by fans from all over the world. Tickets to Tomorrowland usually sell out within minutes of release.
DVLM are the only world Top 3 DJs to play in Manila since September 2017.
Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike made their mark in 2010 at iconic electronic dance music festival Tomorrowland with the song Tomorrow (Give In To The Night), and went on to play an important part in the festival’s rise to prominence. In 2015, they became the first duo to be named World No 1 DJ in the prestigious DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Poll 2015, and have ranked No 2 in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Syzygy Music Festival(pronounced: “SIZ” + “UH” + “JEE,” meaning the alignment of the stars) is one of the Philippine’s youngest music festivals, and will be organized by volunteers for the purpose of raising funds for the Philippine Red Cross Paranaque City Branch. The music festival will take place at the country’s most prestigious outdoor venue, the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, complete with a food village, experience booths, live art and roving acts. An estimated 20,000 people are expected to attend.
