Diego Luna has reportedly been cast to play the role of Scarface himself, Tony Montana, in the upcoming remake of the 1983 movie ‘Scarface’. Al Pacino previously played the role of the Cuban drug lord in the movie and it was so good, it’s kind of strange that they would remake the movie in the first place. But hey, Hollywood is Hollywood! :p
Diego Luna recently played the role of Cassian Andor in ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story‘, but I’ve been a fan of him since I watched him in Alfonso Cuaron’s ‘Y Tu Mama Tambien’ back in 2011. I have seen every Diego Luna movie to date (and even rewatched Katy Perry’s music video for ‘The One That Got Away’ for him despite not being a Katy Perry fan :p) and definitely won’t miss this one if he does get cast.
