Yang Chow, or Yangzhou as its original Chinese name, is a popular Chinese-style wok fried rice dish often present in many Chinese resto menus. It originated from the city of Yangzhou, Jiangsu province and was invented by Yi Bingshou. Now that’s a little trivia you can tell your friends while you’re devouring bowl after bowl of Superbowl Yang Chow. 😉
