Dance to Represent: Philippine Dance Delight vol. 1

Dance, When in Manila, is dubbed as one of the most exquisite in the world; with dance crews such as Philippine Allstars, The Crew, UP Streetdance, Legit Status and A-Team gaining recognition in international competitions, it is most likely  that a dance competition within the country would be equally challenging. Sporting different dance styles from different crews from our very own mix of Pinoy flavor is truly one the best things to watch on stage.

Philippine Dance Delight, the country’s very first volume ever, is such a dance competition. It is a competition in search of the top three Filipino dance crews to represent our country in Singapore Dance Delight and battle against other dance crews from different parts of the world.

This year’s first ever Dance Delight had a whooping number of 24 dance crews and to be able to narrow that down took 3 international dance icons’ critical stance on dance.  Judges Jungee Marcelo from The Philippines, Terrence Then of Singapore and Tatsuo from Japan  had to critique each team’s strength in musicality, technique, coordination and teamwork.
