NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers are delighting Filipino basketball fans with their latest video series where they will be “teaching” Filipino words and phrases!
On the team’s social media accounts, they recently shared a video of Damian Lillard saying “Mahal ko kayo (I love you guys).” See it below:

The Portland Trail Blazers announced on October last year that they will be offering fresh and local content for Filipino fans in the new NBA season, and giving away a bunch of cool prizes. Prior to that, Lillard made the local news for giving a generous donation to help the Philippine General Hospital with repairs after a fire broke out in the facility in May 2021.
