The Stonehouse Villa has three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. It also has individual bathrooms, so you won’t have to worry with privacy.
The bed here is by far the softest bed I have ever been on! I finally caught up on some quality sleep!
The common areas in the resort are perfect places to hang out for some board games, books or even some late night drinking.
Because you are on the island, you should experience Potipot Gateways’s pride and joy: the boodle. The boodle set has liempo, squid, fish, vegetables and a generous serving of rice.
If you are feeling a bit more sinful, you should order the Crispy Pata – crispy on the outside and really tender in the inside.
If you want to do more and explore, you can ask Potipot Gateway’s staff to bring you to the main Potipot Island. It is just across the resort and it will take you less than 10 minutes to get there. Since the main island is not owned by the resort, there is an entrance fee of Php50 for a day trip and Php100 for an overnight stay. You can pitch a tent there or opt to go back to the resort.
What I love the most about Potipot Gateway Resort is their warmth. The staff is beyond friendly and treats their guests as their family – just like how families welcome guests whenever it’s vacation season.
