I have trouble sleeping. It has been a problem of mine for as long as I can remember. Cable TV, broadband Internet, and mobile gaming are factors in this; but when I do make time to get enough rest, I just can’t seem to get into a deep sleep. First was the Crane Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier 0.5 Gallon. The 3-piece humidifier includes the base, the tank, and the cone along with a manual and adapter. Even with an all-plastic build, this thing of wonder has a lot of tech in it. It uses an ultrasonic motor that can operate up to 24 hours and has an automatic shut-off once the tank is empty, which is pretty important if you forgot to switch it off or if the tank emptied out during your sleep.
With 2 caps full of the Soothing (eucalyptus, peppermint, and lemon essential oils) humidifier liquid, I ran the Crane Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier for the night and what I got was one of the best night’s sleep I had in months! With the cold air-con and the refreshing scent of eucalyptus, peppermint, and lemon felt like I went to a sleep inside a posh spa but without the full body massage.
Fun fact: A humidifier can relieve cough, cold, and flu symptoms,including nasal congestion, dry cough, sinus irritation, nose bleeds, and dry skin, especially in an air-conditioned room since air-conditioning usually removes removes moisture out of a room unless your air-conditioning unit also humidifies the room at the same time.
Then it was the Crane Soothing Cool Mist Aroma Diffuser‘s turn. Up close, this is a thing of beauty as it has a top and base made from bamboo that looks great with the ceramic casing. Unlike the Crane Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier, the aroma diffuser has a small 100ml tank that can only last up to 5 hours. This is mainly used to make a room look and smell great.
After trying it in the bedroom, I’ve concluded that this will work well in a living room or a study (if you have one, that is) since it really humidifies and gives out a much stronger aroma, which works great with the Focus and Energy humidifier liquids.
After a week of intensive testing, I can honestly say that the Crane Soothing Cool Mist Aroma Diffuser, and more especially the Crane Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier, work really well. The Focus humidifier liquid works really great if you are studying or are doing something that requires a lot of focus since the peppery and herb scents will really wake you up. The Energy humidifier liquid really gives off that fresh citrus and fruity scent that will make you feel energized the entire day, and both of them go with the Crane Soothing Cool Mist Aroma Diffuser.
My favorite of them all, the soothing humidifier liquid, with its refreshing, fresh, minty cool aroma works great with the Crane Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier! This combination actually makes me look forward to sleeping after a hard day’s work!
