Comedy Cebu Brings Two Global Headliners for 3 Shows this March 26-28th- 2 of them Free!

The upcoming events will not only bring observational stand-up comedy closer and available to the Cebu community, but will also help elevate Cebu City as one of the up and coming cities in the international comedy circuit around the globe.

TWO Global Headlining Acts to Visit Cebu!

SAM McCOOL of Australia’s Got Talent and DWAYNE PERKINS of Comedy Central, USA, also seen on the Jay Leno Show, on The Tonight Show and on Conan O’ Brien’s show, will be leading this month’s lineup of world-class comics which will also include Takeout Comedy’s SAM MOORHOUSE, Comedy Manila’s RED OLLERO, and last but not the least, the shows’ host and Comedy Cebu founder, GARY JACKSON.

Free Shows: Open Mic Contest & Mactan Double-Header!

Comedy Cebu has been holding weekly #OPENMICTHIRSTDAYS at Kukuk’s Nest, Gorordo Ave. since last February 26th, to encourage interested locals to practice point-of-view stand-up comedy. On March 26th, Thursday, 8:30PM the weekly open mic show will also serve as a contest. The winner at the end of the night will be the opening act for the Saturday Show at Crown Regency Fuente. This month’s guest comics will be gracing the open mic. As usual, Comedy Cebu’s open mic shows are free.

On the following night, March 27th, Friday, 9PM, the group will be staging their monthly FREE ADMISSION Laugh Trip at Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu’s Ibiza Beach Club featuring the 4 international guest comedians for a 90-minute show. 

Comedy Cebu Finally At Fuente Osmena!

LAUGHING GAS #1 International Stand-Up Comedy Show will be happening at Fifties Cafe Cebu, 21st flr. Crown Regency-Club Ultima, Fuente Tower 2, Osmena Blvd., Cebu City, at 8:30PM this coming MARCH 28, Saturday featuring the 4 international guest comedians for their third and last Cebu show. The event will be open to hotel guests and to outsiders alike.

LAUGHING GAS #1’s tickets are already available for reservation at 250php per ticket which already includes a free drink. Crown Regency Hotel checked-in guests may avail discounted tickets. Tickets will also be available at the door on the event day.
