Last October 4, Blue Crayon Events and Productions, in partnership with, Loudbasstard, Rappler.com, WhenInManila.com, and PinoyExchange.com launched the opening night for a month long art exhibition entitled, “Come Dali: A Modern Surreality Art Exhibit” at the Backyard Food Truck Community.

The gates opened at around 6 p.m as crowds gathered and waited for the program event to start. The program event started at 7 p.m as the guest host, Gio Puccini, welcomed everyone at the Come Dali Art Exhibit and introduced the chosen organization beneficiary for the event the Ivolunteer Philippines. After the talk from Ivolunteer’s JB Tan, the crowds were encouraged to observe inside and view the art exhibit. Many were amazed on the works of the young and talented artists as dozens of art enthusiasts were pretty impressed on how well they played with the chosen concept. As for some visitors who also happen to be experienced painters, even the works of amateur artists are amazing as they can already see some potential with their works as well.

At around 8 p.m, the stage amd sound system were all set, the band performers finally started the backyard jamming session. The first band who performed were the LoudLyric, as their music set the crowd’s entire mood, followed up by the band of the participating artists Jed Dumawal’s Daisy Cats and Cha Medina’s 3M band. Mr. Jed Dumawal one of the participating artist and the composer of Yeng Constantino hit song “Chinito” serenade the crowd with his own version of the song.
