Colorful corn cobs growing in Zamboanga City has caught the attention of many.
According to ABS-CBN News, these colorful corn cobs are grown by Mark Basaluddin. He got the unique corn variety from Thailand and Indonesia last year. He started planting the colorful corn cobs three months ago.
He revealed that the unique colors of this corn variant got him curious, which is why he decided to plant them.
Still, even if this corn variant looks different from the usual yellow corn, they taste just the same.
Right now, Basaluddin is looking at the market reception this corn variant.
