WATCH: This Pinoy Band’s Reggae Version of Coldplay’s ‘Fix You’ Is So Lit!

With Coldplay’s recent visit to Manila, I’m sure your social media timelines are all filled with endless posts about the British rock band.

Well, here’s something fresh to add to those stories.

If you’re a fan of Coldplay, then the band’s hit ‘Fix You’ must be more than familiar to you. It’s that song that just makes tears stream down your face.

Even though the song may be known to be quite a heartfelt anthem, it doesn’t stop music artists from pouring out their own creative juices to make something new–and this is exactly what Filipino band Chocolate Factory did with the song.

The OPM indie band did a reggae version of Coldplay’s ‘Fix You’ and it is LIT.

Based on their Facebook page, Chocolate Band was formed in Angeles City and it one of the most sought-after bands in the area. They identify their music as ‘reggae fusion’ and has written quite a few songs in this genre.

Coldplay PLUS reggae?! I’m sold! This cover is definitely one that’s perfect for my summer playlist.

Plus, Chocolate Factory is one Pinoy band that’s definitely worth looking out for. OPM 4 LYF!!!
