Some of our favorites are the Pinoy Style Caesar Salad (with salted egg, smoked fish and kesong puti), Lengua Pastel with Truffle, Lamb Shank Caldereta topped with Goat Cheese, Crispy Pork Belly with Macadamia Kare-Kare Sauce, and Ube Jalaya Pastillas.
