Due to the prevailing health conditions, mass transportation operations are still restricted, affecting the livelihood of our jeepney drivers. Every day is a struggle for these drivers and their families to make ends meet. Thus, CUP-it Bisig rolls its wheels to aid the Cubao-Rosario jeepney drivers of Barangay UP Campus.

Cheer UP Pinoy aims to raise PHP 25,000 to provide basic necessities for the 70 families affected by the nationwide cessation of public transportation. With help from the local government units (LGUs) of the Brgy. UP Campus, this organization will be holding relief operations to the community by distributing purchased goods.

As one of our national symbols, the Filipino jeepney has always proved convenience in traveling at an inexpensive cost, and we owe this to our jeepney drivers for sustaining this treasured culture. Now is the time to give back to them as they await driving on the streets again.
The success of CUP-it Bisig’s first drive is a testament that everyone’s collective action reaches greater magnitudes in bearing a hand to the disadvantaged. Now, you can join hands with Cheer UP Pinoy once more as we all bring hope and joy to our kababayans in need.
