Breastfeeding communities and families once again gather together to celebrate International Breastfeeding Week on August 1-7, 2018.
In celebration of the National Breastfeeding Awareness Month in August, The Tagaytay Moms (a mom & baby online community advocating breastfeeding, babywearing, cloth nappying and attachment, and modern parenting based in Tagaytay City and its nearby towns), together with the Advent Moms (a mommy hub/ministry that serves to provide support, educate mothers as they embrace the advent of a new role and event in their lives – MOTHERHOOD), have joined the bandwagon of being part of Hakab Na! 2018 satellite locations in the Philippines. They will be celebrating the beauty and benefits of breastfeeding as one of the hosts in the Global Big Latch on August 3, 2018 in partnership with Fora Mall Tagaytay.
With the Hakab Na! 2018 Tagaytay theme “Sabay-sabay sa Pagpapasuso Para Sa Malusog Na Mundo— Sa Tagaytay,” the fun-filled, activity packed, star-studded Hakab Na! 2018 Tagaytay Chapter event will be from 10AM-4:30PM where at least 200 mom and baby pairs are expected to join this year’s celebration.
Listen to doctors and experts as they talk about health and the science of breastfeeding, & how to care for our babies’ budding teeth. Meet and hear first hand the real talk from celebrities and personalities about their breastfeeding journey, and embracing our bodies and all its changes. Be fit and dance Zumba with Anytime Fitness Tagaytay. Also, get entertained by some musicians from the Adventist University of the Philippines. While there, shop at the mompreneur fair, and be part of the simultaneous latch on at 12:00NN. Games, raffles and other exciting activities and freebies await the participants!
