LOOK: A New ‘Cardcaptor Sakura’ is Arriving in 2018

If you are a big fan of “Cardcaptor Sakura” then this is an amazing news for you. Apparently, the well-love ’90s anime will get a sequel that will premiere in 2018, 20 years after the original version’s launch in 1998.

The new show titled with “Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Arc” will bring back Sakura, Kero, and friends on the screen.

According to CLAMP, Kodansha’s Nakayoshi magazine’s January issue with the sequel, based on the manga, is coming to NHK in January 2018.

Director Moria Asaka, who also worked on the original “Cardcaptor Sakura,” will return on this project.

Moreover, Sakura Tange will again lend her voice as Sakura Kinomoto and Aya Hisakawa will return as the voice of Keroberos.
