When in Manila, make sure not to miss the hottest party in town. Bruno Mars fever was just intense even after his concert. And for me, getting an exclusive pass to his party was an ultimate experience. My sister and I got there a little over eleven in the evening. There were a lot of people outside who were excited to get in and get a glimpse of Bruno Mars. The place is awesome, great lights, premium entertainment designed for people looking for fun and a sophisticated place to hang out. As soon as we entered the bar, you could already hear people screaming. All were anxiously waiting hoping that Bruno Mars would come out, say hi and even sing one or two of his hits.

Then finally, he came out sporting his signature look – wearing a fedora hat. He gave a short acapella version of “Billionaire”, a track which helped him rose to fame. Then he thanked all the people who were present that night.

After his appearance, the party continued as the DJ played hip-hop beat after beat. The crowd sang along and moved with the music, while some were happily chatting and sipping their drinks. Moments later Michael Copon, the concert’s front act, emerged from the VIP section. The half-Filipino singer/actor was warmly received by the fans as he took centerstage and gamely pose for pictures. The crowd was all hyped as he called for Bruno Mars, and the international singer once again resurfaces much to the fans’ delight. He stood there for about 5 minutes. Then to our surprise, Bruno Mars’ sister came out to join him.

That entire evening was an unforgettable experience. He’s amazing just the way he is and I am proud to say that another half-Filipino has made it big in the music industry.
