Bratpack is a trailblazing concept store that offers an experiential shopping experience for the young and the young-at-heart. Bratpack is particularly well-known for supporting the local arts and music scene and it puts its influence to great use with the second installment of the highly successful Bratpack SPINISTER DJ Competition where they seek to boost the local EDM scene with a platform for aspiring DJs to showcase their talents to more people.

After a gruelling series of challenges, the competition came to an end with four finalists battling it out at the Palace Pool Club earlier this month where they were judged according to originality, mix creativity and technical skills.

The winners were Roy De Borja from the University of Asia and the Pacific at 4th place, Galo Marquez from Ateneo De Manila at 3rd place, Arthur Tan of Ateneo De Manila at 2nd place and Jhelou Manansala from Angeles University Foundation as the ultimate champion DJ. Jhelou took home Php15,000 in cash along with php15,000 worth of Bratpack gift certificates, a Pioneer DJ Controller, a segment at the Palace Pool Club Aqua Zoo Summer kick-off party, a breakthrough gig at Summer Siren Festival 2016, and a trophy.

A celebration of young talent, artistry and EDM, the Bratpack Spinister DJ Competition Grand Finals was a hit amongst partyphiles and music lovers. Thanks, Bratpack, for helping the youth grow and become even more inspired! 🙂
