Boy Shawarma: That Authentic Shawarma Tho!

 

Do you think you know where the best-tasting authentic shawarma is? Well think again, buddy, for Imma tell you what Boy Shawarma is all about!

For those who have been to Middle Eastern countries, then you guys know what I’m talking about! You’ve tasted it, you’ve seen it, and I know that since you’ve gotten back to the Philippines, you’ve been looking for it and can’t wait to have it! So, enough with the jibber jabber and let’s all give the great team of Boy Shawarma a big big hug of joy with a matching slow clap, for finally bringing us the authentic shawarma we’ve been missing so much.

 

 Boy Shawarma knows their stuff pretty well and they are here to share what they have been blessed with!

 

Once you step into the store and look around the spot, this is one of the few things you will see on their walls. Not only do they cater to your appetite, but they  also feed your brain with a little knowledge on what you should know about authentic shawarma!

 

 KABSA

 

To start things off, Boy Shawarma served us some juicy Kabsa – slow-roasted chicken marinated in 12 magical herbs and spices served with special rice and flavored with 10 different spices and condiments. With all those herbs and spices, I bet you that one spoonful of that rice and chicken will already make your tastebuds go loco!

 

 BROASTED CHICKEN

 

The second thing that they served us was the Broasted Chicken – juicy deep-fried chicken partnered with highly addicting authentic garlic sauce and served in a basket filled with fries and pita bread on the side, making it almost too good to be true! You can also have it your way: served with rice like how we Filipinos love our meals. Once you’ve tried this, you’ll probably wonder how they did it and where in the world they have been all this time!

Last but not the least is Boy Shawarma’s BIG DADDY and FAT BOY shawarmas! They don’t call ’em Fat Boy for no reason, for it is that shawarma filled with that perfectly grilled sliced chicken or beef (it’s how you want it) with some french fries and a few sliced pickles (if pickles are your thing, anyway. I prefer mine without them, though). Add to that the authentic garlic sauce all rolled together inside a warm fat pita bread, boooooyyyy you will get the bite of your life (not even exaggerating haha).

If the Fat Boy ain’t enough for you, then they have the Big Daddy, which is basically the same as the Fat Boy, but only bigger and with more of everything! I took the liberty of opening the Big Daddy up for you to let you know that Boy Shawarma’s got no time for games. They know what you want and they will give you what you pay for! As you can see, the authentic shawarma they have is all sliced chicken, fries, and garlic sauce, filled from tip to tip, guaranteeing NO DULL MOMENTS. They have NO SPACE for onions or garlic or whatever other stuff that you’ve tried in other shawarma spots. They mean business! So, I don’t know about you, but I finally found it, and sooner or later, they will be all over the place!
