The Sneak Peek of “Black Mirror” Season 4 is Here and We Are Too Excited!

One of our favorite offerings on television is Black Mirror, the anthology series that explores the dangers of technology. Since its inception in 2011 (and its inclusion on Netflix in 2016), it has wowed us with surreal situations. The fourth season will be upon us soon and the sneak peek has just been released!

It’s a short clip that’s less than a minute long, but it reveals enough to give us an idea of what to expect.

We’re not sure if the order in the clip will be the order of the six-episode fourth season, but here’s what we know so far:

“Crocodile” will star Andrea Riseborough, Andrew Gower, and Kiran Sonia Sawar. The episode will be directed by John Hillcoat.

“Arkangel” will star Rosemarie Dewitt, Brenna Harding, and Owen Teague. It will be directed by Jodie Foster.

“Hang the DJ” will star Georgina Campbell, Joe Cole, and George Blagden. It will be directed by Tim Van Patten.

“USS Callister” will star Jesse Plemons, Cristin Milioti, Jimmi Simpson, and Michaela Coel. The episode will be directed by Toby Haynes.

“Metalhead” will star Maxine Peake, Jake Davies, and Clint Dyer. It will be directed by David Slade.

Lastly, “Black Museum” will star Douglas Hope, Letitia Wright, and Babs Olusanmokun. It will be directed by Colm McCarthy.

Black Mirror is an anthology series with each episode its own self-contained cast and plot. They often circle around dark or satirical themes in an alternative present or the near future, with references to new technologies. The show has received critical and fan acclaim.

There is no word when the fourth season will premiere.
