Held every biennial in World Trade Center Manila, with more than 13,000 visitors and hundreds of exhibitor certainly the Bakery Fair event is the no. 1 main source of baking supplies and solutions here in the Philippines. In year 2001, Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association organized the first Bakery Fair with the participation of Bakery and Allied Members along with other baking and food players. All joined hand in hand with one mission and that is to uplift the Philippine Baking Industry.
