Backpacking Dumaguete: Siquijor in 2 Days

Day One

Cebu to Dumaguete

After my endeavor in Cebu attending Sinulog, diving in Moalboal, and roaming around Bohol, I still had 3 days left for my vacation. I asked the locals what I can do with these 3 days since I didn’t wanna stay in Cebu City for 3 days straight. It was just too much for me after the 3-day straight partying during Sinulog season. I was told that if I wanna chill, Dumaguete is the perfect place to go to. So I packed my bags first thing in the morning, headed to the south bus terminal in Cebu and took the next bus going to Dumaguete.

The trip lasted for about 5hrs from Cebu City. Since the bus would have to head up to Bato and get on a roro to Dumaguete.Dumaguete.

As a regular backpacker, people are always telling me that when I visit Dumaguete, Gabby’s BnB is the perfect place to stay.
