This year, AteneoGabay celebrates its 40th Anniversary. The 40th year is celebrated as the Ruby Year, because rubies are thought to possess an eternal flame which symbolizes a passion that is very alive and strong. This is apt for Gabay as we celebrate four decades of service to our sectors, and love for one another. We wish to celebrate this wondrous occasion, not just with the entire community of present and past Gabayanos, but also with everyone who has guided some of us scholars to be in the places where we are now.
Thus, AteneoGabay brings you its Grand Alumni Homecoming with the theme: RUBY: ApatnapungTaon ng Pagtataya, in cooperation with the Rizal Library. Reconnect with your fellow Gabayanos and see how far each one have gone since graduating as proud Ateneo scholars. We also hope that this event may open opportunities for the alumni to give back through the scholars’ community and the other sectors that the organization serves.
The event will be held on November 19, 2016 (Saturday) at the New Rizal Library, 5th Floor Study Hall. Registration will start at 5:00 in the afternoon. Suggested attire is semi-formal.
