CAPSTAT will once again open its doors for Statistics students and companies in need of Statistics degree-holders.
The Career Assistance Program – Statistics (CAPSTAT) Team, in partnership with the University of the Philippines Diliman School of Statistics (UPSS), invites all Statistics majors for the annual CAPSTAT entitled Spectrum: Indulge in a Range of Possibilities starting this February 21, 2018 until March 16, 2018 at the UP School of Statistics. This initiative is in line with the committee’s mission to aid Statistics majors in their transition to the real world by orchestrating a series of events that will bring career opportunities closer to them.
The CAPSTAT Team organizes several activities every year offering diverse job prospects for the graduating students and non – graduating alike. This year, the events are geared towards familiarizing the students in the various fields they can pursue after obtaining a degree in Statistics.

In addition to the abovementioned events, a career guide booklet will be distributed to students who will participate in the job fair and all the other events for future reference. A mixer event entitled Progression will serve as a conclusion of the CAPSTAT’s Job Fair that will give the students a chance to get acquainted with potential employers. In return, the companies will have the opportunity to meet the school’s top students who can be their future employees or interns.
