Angelica Panganiban has apologized to the public for taking a photo at a Holocaust Memorial during her vacation in Berlin which was deemed “insensitive.”

Fans and followers have since called her out for her inappropriate caption, especially about a memorial site for the 6 million Jewish victims of the Nazi genocide of World War II.

A day later, Angelica went on Twitter to express her regret for her post.

“While there is no malice and intention to malign and [disrespect] the memories of the Holocaust, I would like to apologize for offending the sensibilities of others over a picture I posted on my IG story,” she said.

“As I travel, I will be more informed about the history and use this as learning experience to be more conscious on things I post. Again, my sincerest apologies.”
