American Ninja Warrior Vibes at the Hydro Summer Spree in SM City Clark

My friends and I are always on the lookout for cool things to experience lately – and one of those things happened to be called the “Hydro Summer Spree” all the way in Pampanga. We had just come from the Castaway 3 Music Festival a few weeks back, which we had thoroughly enjoyed, so debating whether she should hit the road for another Pampanga experience was something we didn’t really need to think too hard about.

Armed with good vibes and not really knowing what to expect, we set on the road to Pampanga where another memorable experience was once again set to happen.

When we got there, though, we were told that it was still too hot out to enjoy the obstacle course, so we headed back to our hotel first where we stalked SM City Clark on social media to see what we should expect from the Hydro Summer Spree. This is what we found:

To say that we were excited was definitely an understatement.

After getting some food in our bellies, we headed out to SM City Clark where the foam party had already begun and a long line was still formed for the obstacle course. After trying it out once with a bunch of other people, we decided to hang around for a bit before heading back.

Lo and behold, by 11:30pm, we had the obstacle course all to ourselves. The wait was well worth it!!!

The obstacle course at Hydro Summer Spree was SO. MUCH. FUN. Not only were we able to channel our inner American Ninja Warriors, but we also had a ton of fun jumping around and acting like children. I’ve never experienced this kind of activity in Manila before and I can only imagine how packed it would be if we had it in Manila, but these are birthday party goals right there!!!

And the foam party? Another one for the books. Although the music was reggae and the crowd was sparser than it was for Castaway 3, that didn’t stop us from becoming the life of the party and having the time of our lives. Check out our video of the experience here:

Once again: another memorable experience at SM City Clark! My friends and I are already dreaming of birthday parties with massive inflatable obstacle courses… does anyone know where we can rent the stuff and the venue for it?

:p

Would you join an event like this if given the chance?
