Morte was participating in a press conference via video call when he sent the Philippines his good wishes. He was joined by his Money Heist cast members to talk about the then-upcoming Part 4 of the series. The video call took place a few days before the newest season’s world-premiere.

“I’d like to send all my best wishes to all of the Philippines, and all my love, and the strength for this quarantine and the times we’re in,” Morte said before answering a question from the Philippine press.

Netflix’s Money Heist revolves around a team of mismatched thieves as they pull off the greatest heist of their careers — and in recorded history. Led by the Professor, the team attempts to print billions of euros in the Royal Mint of Spain. Its 4th season was released earlier this month.
