Akesis Holistic Health’s Past Life Regression Will Take You to Your Past Life
Imagine getting into a time machine where your mind will take you to the past (or the future) while all of your senses are still activated in a state between sleep and consciousness. Last weekend, past life regression really piqued my interest since I had never heard of it before and so, I decided to give it a try at Akesis Holistic Health.

During the session, I was put into a state of theta sleep—the state between sleep and consciousness—while Dr. Lim gave me exercises for past life visualization. I was blown away by the images that I saw in my head because it did feel like I was starring in my own action movie. The emotions felt very real at that time.
After the session, I asked Dr. Lim how I was supposed to know whether the images in my head were just part of my imagination or whether they were indeed part of my past life visualizations. His simple answer was, “Well, you were crying during the session. Does that happen when you only imagine things?”
If you have illnesses or phobias, past life regression might be a good option for you. Past life regression may uncover things and events from your past life that may help you understand where your fears and phobias are coming from. Bear in mind, though, that past life regression does not work 100% of the time. There are some people who go through past life regression without being able to see their past (or future) life. This simply means that they aren’t sufficiently relaxed.

My reiki healing session made me drift into a really deep sleep and I ended up feeling so calm and relaxed in the end.
