7TH PITAGORAS: Inter High School Mathematics Tournament

The UST Mathematical Society will be having the 7th Pitagoras Inter High School Mathematics Tournament on December 6, 2014. Every year, the UST MathSoc holds one of their biggest events which is participated by high schools from all over NCR and Region IV-A. It is a chance to promote academic excellence and competitiveness by showcasing their Mathematical skills.
 What: PiTAGORAS: 7th Inter-High School Mathematics Tournament
When: December 6, 2014
Where: UST Main Building and AMV Multipurpose Hall
All High Schools in NCR, its neighboring cities and provinces are invited in this competition.

The UST Mathematical Society (UST MATHSOC) is the only and official and recognized Mathematics organization in the University of Santo Tomas. Â The organization has always been recognized by the UST Office of Student Affair and is an official member of the official member of the Philippine Society of Mathematics Organizations which is nationally recognized by the National Youth Council. UST MathSoc has been consistently awarded with the St. Dominic de Guzman Award for Team Work and Leadership for more than 5 years already, which is a university award given by UST.
