Love, laughter, and confidence were in the air as Oxecure hosted its Valentine’s Mixer, “Swipe Into Confidence,” on February 14 at Sanctuary Manila in Poblacion. Designed as an unforgettable night of connection, the event brought together over 40 people—who were all looking to mingle—to celebrate meaningful conversations, forging new bonds and friendships, and the power of clear skin.

From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed with drinks and curated bar bites such as Amaretto Sour, Gin Basil Smash, Truffle Fries, and Mozzarella Sticks, setting the stage for a relaxed and engaging evening. Oxecure’s Assistant Brand Manager Max Aseron and Brand Director Misha Segarra kicked off the night with an empowering message on confidence—reinforcing the brand’s mission to help individuals embrace their natural beauty through skincare that delivers real results. 

The night’s fun, speed round activities, hosted by Steffi Lucero, encouraged guests to spark new relationships through a series of quick-fire and deep-dive conversation prompts, like “Would you cancel a date if you got a pimple the night before?” and “What’s a moment in your life when you felt truly unstoppable?”

Beyond the engaging conversations, guests also enjoyed exclusive product sampling stations, photo booths, and group activities where winners could win a luxury dining experience (with a partner) at Bar Flora in Quezon City, a relaxing massage at Payapa Spa, or bags of Oxecure goodies!

“We wanted to create an event that celebrates confidence in all its forms—not just in meeting new people, but in how we feel about ourselves,” shared Misha Segarra. “Clear skin plays a huge role in self-esteem, and tonight was all about embracing that confidence while forming genuine connections.” 

The evening concluded with a group photo at the Oxecure-branded backdrop and an invitation to join a low-key afterparty at Sanctuary hosted by the Oxecure team.
