This is Salvo.
And this is the heartwarming story about how Salvo, who was supposed to be euthanized, underwent an operation and is now trying to recover.
And Salvo needs a new home so we are knocking on kind hearts out there… Please, if you want a survivor companion, look no further than Salvo.
Here’s the story as Sheila posted on her Facebook page:
First time kong tumulong sa hindi ko kakilala in person na nakapulot sa cat na to kagabi. When I saw this post, I immediately contacted this person and called all the 24/7 vets around Pasig and QC. I didn’t have any second thought na baka manloloko sya or baka humihingi lang ng pera tapos ginagamit yung cat. Because my heart said I needed to help somebody out there even if I didn’t have something to spare.
Luckily, may open na vet sa Sampaloc area. Nauna akong dumating dun. Akala ko hindi na darating yung taong to but when he arrived and saw the cat, my goodness…I was torn apart. They said they had to EUTHANIZE him as he is too young for the operation at hindi kakayanin yung anesthesia ???? I couldn’t keep my tears from falling so I cried. Pero sabi ng nakapulot, the kitty is a fighter kaya gawin lahat ng paraan.
Ayan, after the operation mejo ok na sya but he is still under observation. I am so happy for this. I am happy tha I helped someone who really needs a hand especially pag may ganitong emergencies.

Salvo is up for adoption. He needs intensive care right now. Di po sya maalagaan ng nakapulot kasi super busy sya. Nasa Kennels Veterinary Clinic pa sya ngayon sa G. Tuazon.
