Steve Kerr May Miss The Rest of Postseason

Looks like Steve Kerr could be out for the rest of the postseason.

The Golden State Warriors head coach said that he would be unable to coach the team’s playoff game on Monday, and could be done until the postseason ends.

Kerr, who underwent multiple back surgeries two years ago, is currently experiencing symptoms such as severe headaches, neck pain and nausea.

The coach said:

“This is not going to be a case where I’m coaching one night, not coaching the next. I’m not going to do that to our team, our staff.”

Warriors guard Stephen Curry said:

“He’s obviously going through a lot physically and that’s first and foremost for him to take care of himself, make sure he’s on the road to recovery and feeling like himself.”

Assistant Mike Brown acted as head coach, and will do so while Kerr is away.
