There are so many steakhouses popping up around the Metro, but this one is just too hard to miss!

For those living in the South, comfort and relaxation define the lifestyle we value most. Thankfully, Johnny’s Steak and Grill captures that very essence—it’s refined and sophisticated, yet still radiates a warm, comforting vibe. The cozy space invites grounded conversations and memorable moments with family, friends, or a significant other.
Upon stepping inside, you’re welcomed by a spacious venue that features a sleek bar area lined with tall, cushioned leather chairs, along with a striking installation of eclectic light bulbs. Once the sun sets, the room transforms into a dimly lit, intimate space, with the lights casting a warm and ambient glow.

The modern-industrial aesthetic of the space doesn’t feel stuffy or overwhelming. Large windows offer scenic views of the Alabang cityscape, adding to the overall comfort and charm. Beyond the bar, there’s also a billiards area and a television—ideal for those who want to hang out and unwind after a great meal.
More than just stylish interiors, this steakhouse offers a wide range of food and beverages that make a casual hangout or an intimate date night even more enjoyable.
Great food for any occasion
Our experience at Johnny’s Steak and Grill wouldn’t be complete without the food!

French Onion Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup in Puff Pastry, and complimentary bread (Photo: WhenInManila.com)
Their menu has something to satisfy every palate. To start, we were served complimentary bread—and we love our carbs! These soft, fluffy rolls had a satisfying bite and made for a great start to our meal.
After the breads, we were served two kinds of soups: the classic French Onion Soup and a Cream of Mushroom Soup in Puff Pastry. The onion soup was subtle and not overpowering, while the mushroom soup felt like a comforting homemade dish, elevated with a golden, flaky puff pastry.

Smoked Pork Ribs (Photo: WhenInManila.com)
While they offer a variety of steak cuts such as Rib Steak Tomahawk, Prime Rib Eye Steak, and Tenderloin Steak, we decided to explore their other meat offerings. The Smoked Pork Ribs, slathered in a rich and smoky barbecue sauce, were bursting with flavor and depth. They were fall-off-the-bone tender and had a satisfying mouthfeel.

Baked Cod Fish (Photo: WhenInManila.com)
For those looking for non-meat options, their Baked Cod Fish is a must-try! The fish was soft, delicate, and perfectly complemented by crisp, well-cooked vegetables. It was indeed a guilt-free yet flavorful choice.

Fruit Platter (Photo: WhenInManila.com)
We saved room for dessert and went for the fresh and delightful Fruit Platter. It was the perfect ending to a hearty meal, especially as we soaked in the cozy atmosphere of the space. For those with a sweet tooth, they also offer indulgent treats like the Classic Tiramisu and Baked Cheesecake.
If you’re living in the South, you can skip the long drive and enjoy an incredible dining experience right here. Whether you’re going out with family, friends, your significant other (or even going out solo for a well-deserved me-time), this steakhouse delivers great views, cozy vibes, and a well-curated selection of food.
And Northies, don’t worry—you won’t be left out! They also have a branch in Quezon City that is ready to serve you just as well.
