2. Experience fine dining AT home.
Down at the lobby, they have their signature restaurant called Cafe Elements which serves the best of Filipino, Asian and Western cuisines. At dinner, we enjoyed our ala carte meals consisting of beef and mushrooms, fish fillet in sweet and sour sauce, and my personal favorite – lechong baboy, which I have to say is the best one I’ve had in a long while! To top it off, they had a band playing that night who only happens to perform on Fridays and Saturdays. Perfect timing. One of my friends even got to sing with the performer on stage!
Other than the familiar yet fancily prepared food, the dim lighting made it much more homey for us – something I don’t usually get in my rare experiences in fine dining restaurants. We not only got to enjoy the exceptional flavors of our meals, we also got to enjoy each other’s company in a less guarded atmosphere.
1. Customer service at its best.
The staff’s presence and service was more than enough to make us feel like we were never out of help. Everyone looked impressively well-mannered, professional, and friendly. It was just one of those encounters where everything didn’t seem to be forced.
Oh, response time was quite speedy, too. All our questions were answered and everyone just knew what they’re doing. Practically every encounter seemed more like we were just at one of my friend’s house!
All in all, the five of us were extremely happy with the experience, and not just that we already enjoyed each others’ company to begin with.
Brentwood Suites basically has all you need to make your stay not only worth the reasonably affordable price, but memorable in the best way a truly excellent hotel can offer. Thank you, Sir Chris, Sir Mark and all of the hotel for making our staycation awesome!
