Starbucks in Japan Offers Alcoholic Frappuccinos Today

I don’t know if it’s just me, but there are days when I’m sitting at a coffee shop and wish they sold some form of alcoholic beverage. I sometimes feel this way when I’m stressed out and still working in a coffee shop at night, and when I’m hanging out with my friends at a coffee shop because they feel like having coffee and I was outnumbered in the I-need-alcohol world.

As such, when I heard that Starbucks in Japan would be offering an alcoholic Frappuccino today called the “Wine Fraggino”, I couldn’t help but feel a tinge of jealousy.

Instead of caffeine, the “Wine Fraggino” is said to have a local Japanese wine in it instead of caffeine and is being offered to celebrate Japan’s new Starbucks Evenings menu. Apparently, beer and wine are available in Starbucks in the U.S., too. When will it be our turn, Starbucks? Huhuhu.
