Miss buying tea or coffee and sitting at your laptop to work with that cafe ambiance around you? Me, too. 5 months into the quarantine and I miss just sitting down, having a cup of warm (or iced!) tea, and letting myself be absorbed in my work in a quiet, relaxing environment like a coffee shop. I miss the interiors, the roasted smells, and the temptation to buy another cup when work is getting too stressful. It’s a good feeling and I miss it dearly.
Well, Starbucks was sweet enough to bring themselves “close to [our] homes” by creating these virtual backgrounds of their stores + their Spotify playlist to boot. Your next Zoom meeting or chikahan session will feel like you’re out and about, something many of us haven’t been able to do.
