Have you ever wondered how the ninongs and ninangs of the past grooved to party music? Say no more as SQUADRA, the UA&P Dance Varsity Team, breakout their dancing skills in a fundraising concert themed: RETROSPECT! Members of SQUADRA showcase their talents on the dance floor with groovy retro music across the stage!
SQUADRA is the official dance varsity of the University of Asia and the Pacific. They foster a shared passion for dance in their teamwork, discipline, and commitment to each other. Established in 2004, they have accumulated numerous awards across WNCAA Hip Hop, MNCAA Hip Hop, Body Wars, and NDC to name a few. The decorated dance crew continues to tally up awards as they dance along with their synchronized forms and moves.
THE COLLECTION VOL. 1 RETROSPECT is an annual fundraising concert of the dance varsity to showcase the talents of their core and members. Sit back as they relive iconic moments that bring back groovy memories of the past. They come in to bring their ‘A’ game to put on a show for everyone!
THE COLLECTION VOL. 1 RETROSPECT is on February 22 and 23 (Friday and Saturday) in the Dizon Auditorium, University of Asia & the Pacific, Ortigas, Pasig City. Tickets are P300 for regulars and P250 for scholars. Contact @squadraFB or any SQUADRA member for ticket reservations!
