After all, it looks like the tweet came from a verified SpongeBob page with the blue check next to it. Well, you can breathe easy, all SpongeBob fans. The meme is fake; it isn’t true. As per the actual verified SpongeBob SquarePants page on Facebook, “March 1st is nothing but the first day of March. SpongeBob is NOT being cancelled.”
