Their All-Day Menu includes small plates and lighter options such as the Roast Beef Sandwich, the Classic Wolfgang Burger, and the Loco Moco, which is USDA Prime Dry-Aged ground sirloin patty served with Japanese rice, fried egg, and mushroom sauce. You can also order from their Set Menus to enjoy the famous 28-day dry-aged USDA Prime Steak with the best sides and accompaniments. Exclusive to the Alabang West Parade Pop-Up is the Alabang Porterhouse Set Menu. It includes 1.5KG USDA Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse, Sizzling Canadian Bacon, Mashed Potatoes, Steak Rice, Creamed Spinach, New York-style Cheesecake, and Pecan Pie—all Wolfgang favorites at a set price of P11,888.
The Alabang West Pop-Up also houses a bar, serving the very best of their Al Fresco Specials—G&Ts, wines by the glass, and signature cocktails such as Negroni, Old Fashioned, or a Moscow Mule.
