As for the actual crepes? They are DELICIOUS. So delicious, in fact, that we still can’t decide which ones are our favourites. What we did instead was order three savoury crepes and pass them around clockwise after each bite. True story.

Beef Barbecue – Php150

Their beef barbecue crepe has grilled beef, bacon, spinach, caramelised onions, and cheddar cheese in it, but what really makes it stick out is the delicious bleu cheese dressing that I simply cannot get enough of! If you’re a fan of bleu cheese, this is definitely the crepe for you to order.

Bacon and Cheese Crepe – Php110

Even if it isn’t breakfast time, this is a good crepe to order, especially if you’re craving for fried eggs. That craving actually isn’t as weird as it sounds. How many times have you craved for a silog of some kind? Well, this is the fancy crepe version of that filled with grilled bacon, tomatoes and caramelised onions, and topped with a fried egg. Yummy!!!

Garlic Shrimp with Mornay Sauce

For something especially different, made for the seafood lovers, try this shrimp crepe. Shrimps on crepe might not sound appetising, but the crepes made at Southern Creperie – FCC perfectly balance out the strong taste of the flavours of your crepe topping/filling of choice.

Other savoury crepe flavours include Ham and Cheese, Pesto Chicken, and Beef Hot and Spicy.

For the ultimate lovers of sweets, such as myself, you can choose from the Chocolate Hazelnut and Dulce de Leche dessert crepes at Southern Creperie – FCC with ice cream and bananas, mangoes or strawberries on them. We were lucky enough to visit when they had a 4/20 special (*wink wink*), so we were able to order three dessert crepes for Php420 pesos in the classic 4/20 colours:

Southern Creperie – FCC also has an open kitchen, so you can watch as your crepes are being made if you so wish:

If you time your visit perfectly, you might even be able to catch their Head Chef Fred there and ask him to personally make yours. :p Even if he isn’t, though, the Owner Anton is always up for some good conversation, and both Fred and Anton will always make sure you leave the place with a smile on your face. (If you can’t read between the lines: cute sila, ladies. Young and single pa. :p)

Southern Creperie – FCC actually comes up with promos on a regular basis. They had a red velvet crepe promo for Mother’s Day, for example, and I now can’t wait to see what they’ll come up with for Father’s Day.
