Sonya’s Garden
Â
When in Manila or anywhere in the Philippines, is it a well know accepted fact on how we Filipinos love food and dining! Every memorable occasion must have memorable meals! Memorable meals must be shared with special people. When I saw Sonya’s Garden‘s dining halls packed with hungry patrons, not to mention the raves I’ve been reading around cyberspace, it really got me so curious to try it out myself.
Â
Â
I love taking photos of food.
Â
Â
I love taking photos more than writing. I believe I am more effective in expressing myself in photos than in words. I love making people drool over the dishes I take. And believe me, it’s not easy… but everything is possible if you got enough passion in you.
Â
Â
With this I’d like to present to you the highly acclaimed fresh and healthy menu at Sonya’s Garden.

Very well selected I would say. Freshly hand picked daily right from their herb garden! We had a lot of fun with their Garden Salad Greens because you get to create your own! Just take your pick and drizzle it with your dressing of choice! We highly recommend their Sonya’s Super Secret Salad Dressing!!!
Â
Indulge onto some whole wheat sesame bread with an array of aromatic homemade dips and toppings!!!
basil pesto, feta cheese, anchovies, bruschetta tomato toppings, mushroom pate, black olive tapinade and fresh green peppercorns in olive oil.

Make your own pasta!
Choose between 2 freshly made sauces such as sun dried tomato and chicken cream with mango then top with ratatouille, salmon belly, shitake mushrooms, black olives, capers and grated parmesan cheese! It’s all up to you!!

Dessert
We were served with glazed sweet potatoes, banana rolls with sesame and jackfruit and a sweet sweet slice of their very own chocolate cake from the Panaderia.

spend glorious mornings at Sonya’s Garden

Simple yet so elegant – that’s how I would describe their breakfast menu! The perfect example on how even the simplest of meals can turn into something so divine with a touch of TLC. The fancy colorful set up, the porcelain cups and plates, the flowers which accented each table and the fine cool morning breeze completes that perfect good morning mood!
I’m known for loving glorious mornings and hearty breakfasts!! During this day, I had another memorable one!
